The street next to the main entrance is closed over a large area due to works being undertaker. This includes the drivers of the Shuttle Bus despite what previous reviewers have said. Every single person we came into contact with no matter where it was were all pleasant and really helpful and nothing was to much of a bother. We would like to thank LOU at reception for helping us out very kind and helpful. The whole hotel was spotless, foyer, restaurant, bar, corridors and rooms etc.

When we entered there was a scent in the air which wasn't overpowering but very pleasant. It had a kitchenette which was useful with cups, plates and utensils etc. There is a huge supermarket downstairs in the Val d'Europe centre which sells everything.

The hotel is located in a quieter location about a 5 minute walk from Val d'Europe centre. We have stayed in many hotels around the world over a very long time span and the Relais is the best and will take some beating. Every hotel should take note of he Relais and model your hotel likewise. 'My wife and I visited the Relais over the Christmas period.
